TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All our cannabis replica props are expensive, carefully hand made one-off designs. They are 100% artificial and therefore legal.

You are requested to raise a hire order / purchase order after your enquiry and after discussing our quote and confirming pick up and returns dates. Once we have received your order we will send you an invoice or pro-forma invoice so, you will be able to raise a cheque or cash payment with your accounts department.

Payment in full has to be made before collection of the hired goods. A deposit or a holding deposit may be required to cover risk value, depending on the job.

Please note that you have an obligation to ensure our props are handled with all due care by a dedicated Props Master or Art Director and their team. All items to be insured fully comprehensively by hirer from the time they leave our premises to the time they are returned. Sugavision may ask you to produce evidence of your insurance prior to picking up our props.

Risk value non negotiable. In the event of loss/damage, risk value becomes immediately payable. this includes sugavision packaging, you agree to paying the risk value indicated, or any costs occurring in the repair and replacement of our designs. Hirer accepts all responsibilities and liabilities once items have left our premises.

You are agreeing to return our props within the hire period agreed upon. Furthermore, you are agreeing and accepting Items not returned by agreed date are subject to pro rata extended hire charges.

Hire charge is payable even if terms returned as not used. Title at no time passes to hirer, even if extended hire charges/cleaning charges exceed hire value.

Greenhouse paraphernalia as shown in some of our pictures (lamps, bulbs, hydroponics equipment, tables, hoses, tubing, etc.) are not included if not stated otherwise in our stock list props description.

Sugavision cannabis replicas are carried in made to measure and discrete looking carrier boxes. The prop plants inside the boxes must be carried and stored upright at all times!

Please return all plants in their respective packaging. We would have to charge missing or damaged original sugavision boxes and caps GBP 25.00 each. Please return all fallen leaves during handling and transportation this will not be charged as damage, however missing leaves will be charged GBP 12.00 per leaf.

Allow sufficient height of over 5ft 3in (1.60 meters) in your pick-up van/truck. Transporting the complete sugavision stock will require a 1.5 t Luton Van or similar.

Do not expose sugavision cannabis replica to extreme temperatures (film lights) or rain. Hirer undertakes to take all safety measures for hired goods compliance with safety and fire regulations. However, it is no problem to humidify the plants a little in action by your cast, with a hand water spritzer.

Items to be returned in same condition and cleaned where necessary. Please remove added wet soil from top of plant pots before return.

No claims accepted if hirer not present on return. Any diversion from the above must be made in writing prior to commencement.

All deliveries are to loading bay by one man only. Help may be required for off loading and uploading. As seen viewed and inspected.
If client not present for delivery/collection no claims will be entertained for incorrect order or breakages.

Any direct alterations to our replica plants e.g. Directors or Production Designers wishes, require our consent in advance!

No warranty is offered as to suitability for original use and no responsibility accepted for consequential loss to person or property.

HEALTH WARNING: Do not consume or smoke any parts of sugavision props, unless indicated specifically.
